Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (Canada) Standard shipping is delivered within 2 weeks of the ship date. Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $80 CAD. Orders under $80 CAD will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout.

International International orders are delivered within 2 weeks of the ship date. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Carriers We ship via FedEx and DHL.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the destination country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
